H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has on Thursday August 22, 2024, continued his constituency-focused campaign at the Abuakwa North, Fanteakwa South, and Fanteakwa North constituencies in the Eastern Region.
He has explained his vision and policies for Ghana post-2024 to the constituents, which include, like the sustainability and expansion of Ghana’s rebounding economy, provision of support to businesses to drive and accelerate job creation, the implementation of a wide range of tax reforms, the implementation of affirmative action for women and girls, measures to reduce the cost of living and a digital economic development plan.
Dr. Bawumia has further added his policies to protect the environment, expand public infrastructure, provide better healthcare for all, expand educational opportunities for all, boost sports, creative arts and tourism and protect the boarders and keep safe neighbourhoods.
He has urged people in Abuakwa North, Fanteakwa South, and Fanteakwa North constituencies to vote for him to lead Ghana to the next level of development, as well as for the NPP Parliamentary Candidates in the enclave.
