H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has on Wednesday July 24, 2024, continued his constituency-focused campaign in the Wa East, Daffiema-Bussie-Issa and Nadowli/Kaleo constituencies of the Upper West Region.
He has interacted with the Chiefs and people of these constituencies on his game changing vision and policies for Ghana post-2024, which include tax amnesty, flat tax rate at the port, utilization of solar energy, among others, which will further enhance development in Ghana.
Dr. Bawumia noted that, he is delighted “by testimony that over the past seven years, there has been major improvements in the quality and quantity of roads, schools, health facilities, water supply, rural telephony and many others, compared to previous administrations.”
The Chiefs and people of Wa East, Daffiema-Bussie-Issa and Nadowli/Kaleo constituencies have expressed great confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy and have assured him of their support in the December 7 general elections.
