The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on Tuesday July 30, 2024, ended his constituency-focused engagements of the Northern regions in the Binduri, Zebilla and Bolga Central in the Upper East Region, as part of his ongoing constituency-focused campaign.
He has met with the Chiefs, stakeholders, and youth of these constituencies to discuss his game-changing vision and policies, which include a focus on achieving long-term macroeconomic stability, implementing a new tax system, developing a digital economy and making Ghana a digital hub, reforming the power sector, and maximizing the benefits of natural resources, among others.
Dr. Bawumia has expressed appreciation to the constituents of North East, Northern, Savannah, Upper East and Upper West Regions for their warm reception and for defying all odds to avail themselves for the various engagements.
