H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), , has on Friday September 20, 2024, continued his constituency-focused campaign in the Twifo Atti Morkwaa, Twifo Hemang Lower Denkyira and Mfantseman constituencies in the Central Region.
He has engaged with the Imams, Traditional Leaders, Youth, Clergy and the entire people of these constituencies on government’s achievements as well as his vision and policies for Ghana’s next chapter.
Dr. Bawumia’s policies include free tertiary education for persons living with disability, tax amnesty, flat rate at the ports, training of 1,000,000 youth in IT, harnessing of solar and wind power to reduce the high demand on electric energy, zero duty on solar panels, repositioning of Ghana’s education towards STEM and AI, one student one laptop for tertiary students, credit score system, easy passport acquisition with the GhanaCard, expansion of educational infrastructure, among others.
He has pledged my commitment to ensuring that everyone gets the opportunity and support to dream big and has expressed appreciation to them for their warm reception. He urged them to vote for him and their respective NPP Parliamentary Candidates in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
