Vice President Bawumia tours the Odotobri, Manso Adubia and Manso Nkwanta constituencies

The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has on Friday November 8, 2024, continued his nationwide constituency-focused campaign in the Odotobri, Manso Adubia and Manso Nkwanta Constituencies in the Ashanti Region.

He has shared his vision and policies for Ghana post-2024 with the Traditional Leaders, Imams, Clergy, Stakeholders, Youth and the people of these Constituencies. Dr. Bawumia’s policies include free tertiary education for persons living with disability, tax amnesty, flat rate at the ports, training of 1,000,000 youth in IT, harnessing of solar and wind power to reduce the high demand on electric energy, zero duty on solar panels, repositioning of Ghana’s education towards STEM and AI, one student one laptop for tertiary students, establishment of the Minerals Development Bank, easy passport acquisition with the GhanaCard, expansion of educational infrastructure, among others.

Dr. Bawumia has reaffirmed his dedication to promoting responsible mining by advancing technology, implementing community mining programs, and providing the essential financial support needed for small-scale miners to grow in a supervised and sustainable manner. He also extended his best wishes to Ghanaian farmers on National Farmers Day and committed to facilitating substantial investments at every stage of the agricultural value chain.

He has expressed gratitude to them for their unwavering support and has urged them to vote for him and the NPP Parliamentary Candidates in their respective Constituencies in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
