Vice President Bawumia engages labour unions

The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on Wednesday May 29 2024, had engagement with labour unions in Accra, as part of his interactions with organizations and groups in the country.

He has met with the leaderships and members of Civil and Local Government Staff Association, Ghana (CLOGSAG), Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Coalition of Concerned Teachers (CCT), Government and Hospital Pharmacists’ Association (GHOSPA), Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA), Ghana Association of Certified Anesthetists (GACRA), Government Pensions Administrative Agency (GPAA), GMA and JUSAH, where he had an interactive session with them on the implementation of his transformative vision and policies for Ghana post-2024 and has as well welcomed their suggestions.

Dr. Bawumia has expressed gratitude to the labour unions saying, “I am immensely grateful to the leadership and members of CLOGSAG, GNAT, NAGRAT, CCT, GMA, GHOSPA, GRNMA, JUSAH, GACRA and GPAA for the warm reception accorded me, as well as their insightful perspectives during our discussion.”
