The Vice President of the Republic, H.E Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, on September 12, 2023, joined the Presiding Bishop of The Methodist Church Ghana, The Most Rev. Dr. Paul K. Boafo, leadership of The Methodist Church Ghana and other dignitaries, for the commissioning of the multipurpose Wesley Towers Building, in Accra.
The beautiful edifice constructed by the Methodist Church Ghana, “…adds to the Church’s impressive list of monuments and development initiatives in the country”, Dr Bawumia said. Adding that, “It is also a testament to what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared purpose and vision”.
He lauded the church and wished them well, saying, “May this beautiful edifice be a symbol of the Church’s commitment to the values of faith, hope and love”.
The 500-seat complex, located at the Methodist Headquarters at Ridge, includes a 100-capacity parking lot, 15 office floors, executive suites, a waiting room, an auditorium, a digital library, a media center, and a restaurant, among other facilities.
