The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on Sunday July 28, 2024, engaged constituents of the Talensi, Nabdam and Bolga East in the Upper East Region, as part of his ongoing constituency-focused campaign.
He has met with the Chiefs, stakeholders and youth of these constituencies on his game-changing vision and policies which include a focus on attaining sustainable macroeconomic stability, the introduction of a new tax system, building a digital economy and making Ghana a digital hub, power sector reform, and maximization of the benefits from natural resources.
Dr. Bawumia has expressed gratitude to the constituents of Talensi, Nabdam and Bolga East for availing themselves for the various engagements despite the rains and particularly to the youth, whose future is of great importance to him, for enthusiastically embracing his proposed sector by sector reforms in the education, ICT, health and wealth creation.
