The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on Friday March 29, 2024, joined the Church of Pentecost in Buduburam, and the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Trinity Congregation in Kwashieman, to observe the Good Friday Service.
He noted that, “I spoke about the need for inclusivity and diversity, as well as the common reverence both Muslims and Christians have for Jesus.”
He has expressed gratitude for the warm reception, prayers said for him and the nation by both congregations.
Good Friday Service is observed by Christians worldwide in remembrance of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
