Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has joined members of the business community in Ghana as the Special Guest of Honour, for the 20th edition of the Ghana Club 100 Awards on December 9, 2023, in Accra.
In his address, he acknowledged the indispensable contribution of the private sector towards the country’s economic progress and also reiterated government’s continuous commitment to aiding the private sector to thrive.
Dr. Bawumia has also highlighted on the importance of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA) in fostering collaboration and dismantling trade barriers saying, “The AfCTA serves as a canvas on which we can paint a masterpiece of collaboration”.
The Ghana Club 100 Awards has over the years being a platform to honour and celebrate the achievements of businesses across the various sectors, as well as their contributions to the country.
