The Vice President of the Republic, H.E Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has launched the GHANA-UK Investor Group on June 8, 2023, in London, as he pays a working visit to the United Kingdom.
In a separate meeting, Dr. Bawumia explored investment opportunities with auto giants in the UK to identify investment opportunities available in the auto industry in Ghana.
He noted that, the central objective of the meetings was to create a business-friendly and synergistic relationship between Ghana and UK investors. Adding that, “It was refreshing to learn how determined auto industries in the UK are ready and willing to create viable investments in Ghana through
partnerships”.
The Vice President’s working visit is set to strengthen trade and investment relations between Ghana and the United Kingdom.
