Dr. Bawumia fulfills his pledge to the Kwaboatan Presbyterian Junior high School.

The Vice President, H.E Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has joined the leadership of Coaltar District of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the chiefs and the people of Kwaboanta in the Ayensuano District of the Eastern Region, to inspect a classroom block he is building for the Kwaboanta Presbyterian Junior High School, today.
He said, “the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, over the years, has contributed immensely to the
development of the nation, especially in education, and building the classroom facility for the
Kwaboanta community is my modest support and contribution to what the Church has been
doing for many communities across the country for decades”.
Dr. Bawumia made a pledge to build the school for the community during the recent Centenary Anniversary Celebration of the Akuapem Presbytery, where the church decided to build legacy projects in various communities across the country for decades. This happens to be one of the numerous promises he has fulfilled, which affirmative of the man of integrity that he is.

In addition, he inspected on-going government projects in the Ayensuano District, which include the District High Court building which 95% complete, construction of the Coaltar and Amanase bridges respectively, which are also 98%.
