This morning I joined Veterans, Officers and men of the Ghana Armed Forces and the other security services, Ministers in charge of the security sector, Chiefs as well as members of the Diplomatic Corps to celebrate the 77th Remembrance Day Service at the Christiansburg War Cemetary, Accra.
Remembrance Day is marked every November 11th to remember those who sacrificed their lives in World Wars 1 and 2 for the peace we enjoy today.
May their souls continue to rest in peace.
