H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has on Friday October 18, 2024, engaged constituents of the Pru East and Kintampo North constituencies in the Bono East Region, as part of his ongoing nationwide constituency-focused campaign.
He has shared his vision and policies for Ghana post-2024 which include tax amnesty, flat rate on spare parts import, the introduction of the credit score system, pension scheme for small scale miners, zero duty on solar panels, free tertiary education for persons living with disabilities, among others, with the Chiefs, stakeholders and youth of these constituencies.
Dr. Bawumia noted that, “the Chiefs and people have been analyzing and suggesting even more bold solutions to address Ghana’s unique challenges and I am convinced that together, we can make it happen after December 7.” Adding that with a new vision, new ideas and bold implementation will give Ghana an upgrade.It is Possible to achieve this with a collective mindset of possibilities.
The Chiefs, stakeholders and youth of the Pru East and Kintampo North constituencies have expressed great confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy, vision and policies for Ghana.
