H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has on Thursday October 10, 2024, continued his constituency-focused campaign in the Jaman North, Jaman South, and Berekum West constituencies in the Bono Region.
He has explained his vision and policies for Ghana post-2024 to the Chiefs, Clergy, Imams, Youth and the communities at large, which include, his policies to protect the environment, expand public infrastructure, provide better healthcare for all, expand educational opportunities for all, boost sports, creative arts and tourism and protect the boarders and keep safe neighbourhoods.
Dr. Bawumia has further added other policies like the sustainability and expansion of Ghana’s rebounding economy, provision of support to businesses to drive and accelerate job creation, the implementation of a wide range of tax reforms, the implementation of affirmative action for women and girls, measures to reduce the cost of living and a digital economic development plan.
He has expressed gratitude to them saying, “I am grateful to the Chiefs, other leaders and people for their enthusiastic embrace of the Ghana I envision in the very near future, and the suggestions on how to make the ideas even more tailored to address the needs of the ordinary Ghanaian.”
Dr. Bawumia has urged the constituents of Jaman North, Jaman South, and Berekum West to vote for him to lead Ghana to the Next Level of transformation and as well vote for the NPP Parliamentary Candidates in the enclave.
